Steamed Lobster with Saffron Veggies and US Jumbo Scallops
Ingredients: (serving size: 2)
• Lobster 2
• US Jumbo Scallops 4

Saffron Veggies-
• French bean 1 pack
• Bak Choy 4 sprigs
• Radish 4-8
• Garlic 2 cloves
• Dried Saffron 5g, soak in 30ml of warm water
• Clam juice 1 bottle
• Peas 1/2 pack
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Unsalted butter 15g
• Extra virgin olive oil 1/2 tablespoon
Method:
1. Steam lobsters for 15 minutes.
2. On the other side, heat pan under high heat, season the scallops with salt and pepper, fry each side for 1 1/2 minutes.
3. Serve with the saffron veggies and enjoy!

Saffron Veggies-
1. Heat a pan under medium high heat, melt butter with extra virgin olive oil, sauté French beans with salt for 2 minutes.
Add for about 2 tablespoons of clam juice if it was too dry.
2. Add bak choy and radish, season with salt and pepper. Sauté with garlic for 2 minutes, add saffron water, 50ml of clam juice and peas, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
