--- The Gaja Family from Italy

The name, Gaja, is synonymous with outstanding Barbaresco for its ever-evolving legacy of quality. For instance, the winery refused to sell 12,000 cases of 1984 Barbaresco under the Gaja label, opting instead to sell it off in bulk. His stature was also strengthened by commendations such as the Wine Spectator proclamation that the 1985 Gaja Barbaresco were "the finest wines ever
made in Italy". Angelo Gaja, the 5th generation of winery, as awarded the 1997 Wine Spectator Distinguished Service Award, and the winemaker was nominated as "1998 Decanter Man of the Year".

Polished and rich, with lots of crushed raspberry and flower
aromas. Full-bodied, silky tannins with a long finish.

Soft floral and perfumed red fruits notes and flavours with lovely balance and a long, polished finish.

Wines from the Torres family are available in 115 countries worldwide and are found on wine lists of top restaurants and hotels virtually everywhere. Today, it is probably Spain's most successful winery. In 2002, Miguel Torres was named "Man of the Year" by Decanter magazine.

wines, Hanisch Shiraz, Rolf and her sister Christa, a reputable white wine maker, are leading the Veritas winery founded in 1955, under the name of Rolf Binder Wine. In 1996 & 1997, winery was awarded the Trophy for the "Best
Barossa Shiraz".

Wakayama Prefecture - Umeshu Series of Azuma Nouen

We are pleased to introduce "Azuma Nouen (Farm)", which
has a long history of plum farming in Wakayama Prefecture. A new range of umeshu (4 flavours) is launched for your enjoyment.

"Red Umeshu": contains Perilla which gives a refreshing palate and an attractive colour.

"Green Tea Umeshu": aroma of green tea and the bitterness of catechin are well balanced. Less sweet in taste.

"Honey Umeshu": aged umeshu mixed with nutritious royal jelly. Smooth and easy to drink.

"Nigori Umeshu": plum pulp dissolves in the mouth. Mellow and juicy.

Sartori is one of the most ancient Italian wineries in Valpolicella. Its iconic wine which represent a synergy of tradition and creativity such as Regolo and Marani.

Aromas of perfectly ripe fruit and honey. On the palate, it is aristocratic and subtle. Long finish and well balanced.

Pure, Beautiful Sake—Nanbubijin

Characterised by its fruity style and sophisticated brewing
skills, "Nanbubijin" is beloved by sake lovers. It won a Gold Prize at "The National New Sake Awards" and eight consecutive Gold Medals at "The Monde Selection".

"Nanbubijin Daiginjyo Junmai Jikomi" is a classic example of sake, with a full body, superb fruity aroma and silky palate. Nanbubijin Daiginjyo", rich with mixed fruits aromas such as fresh pineapple, delicate in taste. "Nanbubijin Tokubetsu Junmai" is made from rice grown in Iwate prefecture. It is recommended to serve warm and matches well with hot pot. "Nanbubijin Junmai Ginjyo" offers nutty aromas which goes well with lightly seasoned cuisines. "Nanbubijin Toruimutenka Umeshu" is sugar-free, purely brewed by Junmai shu and umeshu.
