Grace Vineyard
Grace Vineyard is located in Taigu County, 40km south of Tai Yuan (the capital city of Shanxi Province). The exceptional soil condition and perfect continental climate attracts entrepreneur and founder Mr Chan Chun Keung to set up Grace Vineyard embracing the area. It is one of the few wineries in China that adopts traditional French winemaking techniques.
With Mr Chan and his daughter, Judy Leissner's continuous effort, their wines have now awarded high recognitions among overseas and national wine critics.

Tasya's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
Attractive cinnamon, smoky, caramel character. Mr Chan has named the Tasya's Reserve series after his first granddaughter and it has been honoured "Best Value Chinese Wine" by Jancis Robinson.
Deep Blue 2006
Firm blackcurrant intensity with plum and oak. This wine has been selected by Cathay Pacific Airways – First and Business Class as pouring.
Chairman's Reserve 2006
Black berry fruits, notes of tobacco character. This series signifies founder Mr Chan's commitment and determination to produce the best quality wine in China. |

Japanese Liqueur - Fukucho
Hiroshima abounds with lots of citrus fruits. Apart from brewing sake, Fukucho also make liqueur. Besides its best seller "Fukucho Lemon Yuzu shu", here are two new fruit liqueurs to cherish the end of summer.
Fukucho Unshu Mikan Liqueur
Brewed by whole Japanese Unshu mandarin pulp, sense of fruity aroma and rich on palate. Very enjoyable as if you are savoring a whole mandarin. Serve on the rocks or with soda water are recommended.
Fukucho Honey Lemon Liqueur
Fresh and light refreshing lemon flavor, acidity is well balanced with Hiroshima's honey. Serve chill to unleash your appetite.
Alsace Wine - Dopff & Irion
Alsace run across the northeastern part of France and the upstream of western bank of Rhine Valley. Famous for its white wines. Some distinctive grapes like Gewürztraminer, Muscat and Pinot Gris were planted in this region. It is often a full-bodied wine and touched by a level of sweetness that is so distinctive on the palate with lychee, honey on the nose. Nice match with Asian
cuisine!

Chitosetsuru
Established in 1872, Chistosetsuru is the most typical sake brand in Sapporo, Hokkaido. It is light in style and easy to drink, similar to Hokkaido people's friendly characters. Very suitable for sake beginners.
